More than sourcing.
The work that connects it.

A product needs a route to market. A buyer needs clarity before committing. We coordinate the commercial work between the two.

VAULTROW LLC manages eight dedicated wholesale brand programs. Each brand keeps its own identity and portal; buyers get a defined path to product information, account review and order coordination.

From a first wholesale inquiry to the receiving requirements of an approved order, our role is to connect the right people, documentation and operational next steps.

The essentials on eligibility, pricing and channel approval before you apply.

What does VAULTROW do?

VAULTROW LLC manages eight dedicated wholesale brand programs. We coordinate buyer review, program pricing, order documentation and fulfillment requirements through brand-specific portals.

Who can apply for wholesale?

Registered retailers, Amazon FBA and FBM sellers, independent e-commerce businesses, and distributors can request review. Account acceptance and approved sales channels are determined for each brand.

What is the minimum wholesale order?

Current program thresholds start at USD $12,000 for Starter, $34,000 for Growth and $66,000 for Strategic. Unit pricing depends on the exact product or variant; the approved quotation controls the order.

Can you coordinate direct Amazon FBA fulfillment?

Direct FBA fulfillment can be coordinated where included in the selected brand program. The buyer supplies correct FNSKU labels, an approved shipment plan and receiving instructions before preparation. Amazon controls its own account and listing approvals.

Does an application authorize resale on every marketplace?

No. Authorization is buyer-specific and channel-specific. Approval for one brand or marketplace does not automatically transfer to other brands, accounts or downstream businesses.
